The Consilium NS-DUV is obsolete and is replaced by the Salwico 5200039-00A EVC-IR Flame Detector.

The Consilium Salwico NS-DUV N1121 is a conventional UV Flame detector, suitable for all Salwico Fire Alarm Systems. The NS-DUV senses the Ultra-Violet rays that are emitted by flames. Since the detector is very sensitive to UV-rays, it has an advances alarm algorithm and special consideration has been given to reduce false alarms.
The NS-DUV N1121 is very suitable for use in harsh environments. Due to the wide supervising angle, the NS-DUV is able to cover a large area.
When the NS-DUV is in alarm condition, a red LED on the detector is lit. This LED remains lit until the alarm has been reset at the fire alarm panel. If the NS-DUV is connected to a CS3000 or CS4000 fire alarm system, the LED will not be lit after the panel has received the alarm. Only the LED on the address unit, to which the NS-DUV is connected, will be lit until the alarm has been reset.
